The history

The estate was founded in 1885 and has dedicated itself through generations to producing wines of the highest quality and expressing Burgundy's terroir authentically. The family has been involved in winemaking for generations. Henri Boillot himself is the fifth generation of winemakers in the family but has been crucial in elevating the estate to the top level.

  • Puligny-Montrachet "Clos de la Mouchère": From one of the best Premier Cru vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, Henri Boillot creates a masterpiece of an elegant Clos de la Mouchère, offering rich flavor intensity, penetrating minerality, and a plethora of citrus notes and white flowers.

  • Volnay "Les Chevrets": An intense and full-bodied Pinot Noir from one of the best vineyards in the Volnay appellation. The wine has soft, round tannins, dark and red berry notes, and a subtle earthy character.

  • Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru: The Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne is among the absolute finest in the region, as well as in Boillot's portfolio. This is 100% Chardonnay with impressive structure.
