Rossignol-Trapet, Chambertin Grand Cru 2005

CT note: Wonderfully balanced and in great shape! It needed 1-2 hours to really open up and gain weight, but was expressive the entire evening. The nose screamed Chambertin, with bright red fruit (cherry, strawberry), damp earth, licorice and spice. Well balanced, concentrated, complex and intriguing.

The drinking age Chambertin. Perfect condition and storage. Only one owner.
