Vinaya is a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude. Vinaya pays tribute to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, while Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation. The whiskey has a taste of apple, flower grass and chocolate. Aromas of sweet flower grass with boiled candy and on the palate it gives fresh green apples and chocolate with a touch of pepper.
