Beautiful blend of Pinot Noir and a bit of Pinot Beurot (an older Burgundian grape variety that shares ancestry with Pinot Gris) from over 100-year-old vines in Mercurey in Burgundy.
Drinking excellent right now.
Biodynamically grown and organically certified.
Harvested in small boxes, partially de-stemmed, trampled and subsequently macerated for 15 days. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 14 months in wooden barrels.
The bottle with a bit of sulphur.
Perfect bottle and always stored safely.
