Ferragu er en af de absolut bedste Amaroner der findes og enhver Amarone fan skal opleve denne Amarone mindst en gang i livet. Ufattelig tæt, rig, intens og kompleks. Spørger du mig, så er den mindst lige så god som Dal Forno, men denne Ferragu koster under det halve! Enhver Amarone fan bør prøve denne vin mindst en gang! Vinen er produceret af Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta, Rondinella, fra en hektar vinmarker i Callore. Vinstokkene her er 20 år gamle. Alle druer håndhøstes i oktober måned og fragtes efterfølgende til det nærliggende vinhus i små kasser. Her tørrer druerne først ca. 70 dage, inden de knuses, afstilkes og gærer i temperaturkontrolleret ståltanke. Herefter fadlagrer vinen 48 måneder i franske og amerikanske egetræsfade og sidenhen min. 12 måneder i flasken inden frigivelse. Meget begrænset produktion på kun ca. 700 kasser årligt. Ublu, men godt integreret, 17,5% alkohol.
