It is a harmonious wine with a complete and powerful taste.
The grapes for this vintage are selected and handpicked around mid-October.
Vinification extends over a long fermentation of around 20 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine is carefully and sparingly poured into small Slovenian oak casks.
Here the wine is stored for approx. 3 years before it is bottled.
