In the cellar: Vinification in steel only, no malolactic conversion and at least 10 years of rest on the lees in the bottle.
Characteristics: This grand vintage Cuvée surprising for its youth. Harmonious and highly complex, with great potential, it reveals notes of orange blossom and fir honey.
