Uncompromising and terroir-focused champagne from Flavien Nowack.

Pure chardonnay from the south-facing field, La Tuilerie, grown biodynamically.

Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation in steel and small barrels, aging in barrels before second fermentation in the bottle. No filtering, clarification or cold stabilization.

About four years on the lees before disgorging. Minimal dosage, 2 g/L.

Only 2400 bottles produced.

Standing eminently right now, and there are lots of good things to come in the next few years.

Perfect bottle and always stored well.
