Nicolas Rossignol is one of the most talented winemakers from Burgundy, known for his skill and dedication to creating wines that reflect the area's terroir with authenticity and finesse.

As a special characteristic, he releases his wines late, and only when he believes they are ready to drink. For his regular Burgundy Pinot Noir, it is typically 2-3 years after many others, and for commune wines, such as Volnay and Pommard, it is typically 4-5 years later, i.e. a good 6-7 years after harvest.
