Biovin fra Mosel - Rudolf Trossen 2018

Rudolf is one of the pioneers in Germany in terms of bio wine. He started together with i.a. Clemens Busch Demeter organization in Germany. He makes bio wine with a good funky note. Riesling, however, does not deny himself. As a little curiosity, the wines are named after the microplots he has on the steep slopes at Kinheim. It is good rock juice that has been made organically and biodynamically for 40 years! Here are a little 18 and 19 bought directly from Rudolf. He really is a character. 2 ha and small 20,000 bottles he makes. Store properly in a cool basement.
