Selection of wines from Stellaire. Really great value for money in my opinion.

Le Champs du Possible: Rank Chenin from an organically grown field in Puy Notre Dame near Saumur in the Loire. Classic in style; honey, beeswax, green pear, citrus.

Slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation and eight months in barrels. Light filtration and minimal added sulfur before bottling.

Recontre: Organically grown vermentino.

Spontaneously fermented and aged for 15 months in steel with the yeast. No filtration or clarification at bottling.

Immersion: Blend of grenache or syrah from organically grown fields in Provence, but vinified in the Loire.

Minimal intervention in the cellar, aged 12 months in used demi-muids.

Perfect bottles and always stored properly.
