Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano

Harvested: October with carefully selected grapes

Wine production: red wine production where the grape skin is softened in the fermentation process to secrete both color and taste to the wine.

Storage: 12 months in stainless steel; aging is completed in bottles in 12 months.

Sensual properties: ruby red color with purple tendencies, which emphasize the concentration of the wine

Scent: rich and strong floral scent; hint of amarena cherries and plums, followed by black currants and blueberries; light ethereal hints of spice.

Taste: dry and warm; fresh with soft, fine tannins, but substantial with a nice salty roundness.

Served at 16-18 degrees



Best for fried meat such as pork and mushrooms, grilled lamb or medium-aged cheeses.
