Chardonnay from Santenay in the southern Cote du Beaune from vines planted in limestone and clay. Modern white Burgundy with a straight and mineral profile and balanced barrel character. Can easily be enjoyed now, preferably with plenty of air, and will mature beautifully over the next few years.
Manual harvest, slow pressing and aging in used barrels for eight months. Minimal use of sulfur during bottling. 900 bottles produced in total in 2023.
Perfect bottles and always stored properly.
