This is pretty exciting. Same wine (from Berg Rottland field) but aged 18, 32 and 42 months respectively on the yeast. It's pretty exciting to taste them up against each other. There is a huge difference. The purchase at the winery in their super fat enoteca and stored in temp. controlled basement side.
