Col Solare is red wine and by the way the name of a joint venture between two unique wine cultures; the Tuscan Antinori and the American Chateau Ste. Michelle. A "State of the Art" blend of mainly blissful Cabernet Sauvignon, softened up with a little Merlot - and strengthened in the structure of a little Cabernet Franc. Really professional wine with exquisite finesse - flawless and delicious, fruity super wine with depth of black currant, espresso coffee, chocolate, a little coconut and violet and lots of dark berries. Silky aftertaste and simply no slings in the waltz.
