Questo Pontet-Canet è prodotto da viticoltura biodinamica certificata (pioniera nel Médoc), con un assemblaggio classico: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 3-4% Cabernet Franc e 2% Petit Verdot. Naso intenso ed espressivo: frutti neri maturi (ribes nero, mora, amarena), crème de cassis, note di matita (grafite), tabacco, cedro, fumo, liquirizia, tocchi floreali (viola appassita), spezie (cannella, eucalipto) e una mineralità terrosa molto tipica di Pauillac.
