Kopke Colheita 1975 presents itself as drinkable, complex and extremely elegant in the classic Kopke style with ethereal aromas of dried fruit, lemon peel, orange, nuts, smoke and the acidity freshness that makes the wine 'weightless' and concentrated at the same time. The puppyish sweetness of youth has evaporated and the volatile acid has arrived in just the right amount.
