Gaja Sperss 2001

Sperss from GAJA has an intense, dark red, cherry color. Classic for the wines from the Serralunga area, Sperss requires good oxygenation before releasing its dark, very complex and seductive aroma with nuances of dark berries and white truffles. Finally, it develops an incredibly delicate aroma. The taste is deep, powerful and "masculine" with a nice finish, where you find both spicy and "jammy" nuances but at the same time almost slightly greenish "vegetable" characters.

Has been stored in a refrigerator at 10 degrees.
