Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified according to a process based on careful maceration with extraction of colour, tannins and aromas from the films, complemented by permanent reassembly during fermentation. This takes place in mills, at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until reaching the desired Baume degree. In this phase, the wine brandy (benefit) is added, giving rise to a fortified wine. Vintage Port is a high quality wine, with a unique style and character, from a single year considered exceptional, bottled between the second and third year after harvest. It is a wine originally red, complex, full-bodied, with remarkable aging potential.

Raccolte a mano al momento ottimale, le uve vengono diraspate, pigiate e vinificate secondo un processo basato su un'attenta macerazione con estrazione di colore, tannini e aromi dalle pellicole, completata da un riassemblaggio permanente durante la fermentazione. Questa avviene in frantoi, a una temperatura controllata tra 28 e 30 °C, fino al raggiungimento del grado Baume desiderato. In questa fase, viene aggiunta l'acquavite di vino (benefit), dando origine a un vino fortificato. Il Porto Vintage è un vino di alta qualità, con uno stile e un carattere unici, proveniente da un'unica annata considerata eccezionale, imbottigliata tra il secondo e il terzo anno dopo la vendemmia. È un vino originariamente rosso, complesso, corposo, con un notevole potenziale di invecchiamento.

Note di degustazione:
Colore paglierino con riflessi aranciati. Naso intenso di frutta secca leggera, marasca, caffè tostato e caramello. Corpo medio, buon equilibrio tra alcol e tannini con aromi di fico e uvetta. Finale lungo e molto piacevole.
Vinification :
Vendangés à la main à maturité optimale, les raisins sont égrappés, foulés et vinifiés selon un procédé basé sur une macération soigneuse avec extraction de la couleur, des tanins et des arômes à partir des pellicules, complétée par un brassage continu durant la fermentation. Celle-ci se déroule en cuves, à une température contrôlée entre 28 et 30 °C, jusqu'à l'obtention du degré Baumé souhaité. À ce stade, l'eau-de-vie de vin (bénéfice) est ajoutée, donnant naissance à un vin fortifié. Le Porto Vintage est un vin de grande qualité, au style et au caractère uniques, issu d'un millésime exceptionnel et mis en bouteille entre la deuxième et la troisième année après les vendanges. C'est un vin rouge, complexe et corsé, doté d'un remarquable potentiel de garde.

Notes de dégustation :
Robe pâle aux reflets orangés. Nez puissant de fruits secs légers, de griotte, de café torréfié et de caramel. Bouche moyennement corsée, bel équilibre entre l'alcool et les tanins, avec des arômes de figue et de raisin sec. Finale longue et agréable.
